We are officially in the first few weeks of Spring and we couldn't be any happier!
With the cooler months behind us, and the longer days ahead of us, we’re feeling excited about the increased opportunities to get outside into nature. Not only is this because it is a change from the home isolation we have been experiencing lately, but also because getting into nature promotes healing in so many ways.
Nature is a fantastic way to ground yourself and raise your energetic vibration. When your vibe is high, you enter into the most optimal state for healing to occur.
There are so many incredible benefits to getting outside everyday. Your mood will improve, you will sleep better, and you will discover increased mindfulness. Getting in touch with nature on a daily basis can make a huge impact on your physical, mental and emotional well being.
Some of our favourite ways to get in touch with nature are: hiking in a forest, sitting by the water, gardening, and going for a bike ride.
